I totally agree that you can just see how good a team they are and how close they are in their content. Like it’s hard to explain but just the vibe is so sisterly. Also I teared up at the more happy wholesome parts too but then the next minute they’re joking and being stupid so I’m constantly laughing and crying at the same time 😂

2024-08-13 09:06:53 +0000 UTCi think idols have it so hard because of the culture difference in Korea vs like the West. If some celebrity gets a hate train in the West, it sucks but it isn't going to kill their career or their mental health usually and once it dies down or someone new fucks up people move on. They might even get apologies later if people realize they were in the wrong. K-Pop idols have to please everyone, never talk back or stand up for themselves, i mean not to bring up any other group but Sullyoon from NMIXX having to apologize for interacting with male idols at ISAC because fans were upset is just a perfect example - they accused her of "flirting" like they could hear the conversation. The suicide rate in South Korea is especially high because of the culture and standards, so imagine having that kind of attention on you all the time. It's no wonder there have been waves of idol suicides. I just hope the Le Sserafim knows that internationally they are so loved, even if they lose all Korean backing, we love them.

2024-08-12 08:06:35 +0000 UTCAlso, I dunno if you want to cover sakura’s grad documentary from HKT48/AKB48 that was made as an extra for her gradcon dvd. https://youtu.be/1VmCfkTTQiI It was subbed by a fan I think. But, you can watch it whenever on tier 2 in the future. She talks bout her journey thru hkt48 and what not. It’s an hour. I would include the full concert of graduation. But it’s not subbed. Sakura got input in everything on how she wanted her graduation concert to be. From set list, costume picks for not only her but for the group, designing her theme for graduation, etc because she a high ranking member. Now normally high ranking members do 2-4 graduations depending on popularity. But since this was still covid. Kkura just got one big graduation concert that the fimmies performed at for the last fanmeet in fukuoka. So it was a very precious time for her to come back 3 years later in her new group w her members performing on the stage she said goodbye to her first idol group. Sorry for rambling. Nako got 2 performances for her gradcon.

2024-08-12 05:10:29 +0000 UTCI was already a Fearnot for life but this cements 4 feet deeper. I think your both right that they make sure check in on each other and have these like group talks to make sure everyone is not struggling alone. I don’t know if it was a recent thing from prepping easy era while doing perfect night promo and the end year stages. Idk if it was because after hot summerz got the flu and how sick chaewon was. They want to make sure to take care of each other more for the team as well as their friendship. I do remember chaewon saying in the first doc when zuha came and eunchae that she wanted to make sure they bonded quickly and get comfortable w one another. Idk if u saw content from easy eras. But, one of the content the host asked if there was any recent moment that the members felt was special to them. And kkura brought up the hotel room talk right after filming easy mv in la. How they all opened up to each other and each one of them cried/shared their feelings with one another bout how they each felt. How she felt comforted by all the members and each of them agreed and said it was a very healing precious moment for all of them. That going forward they would try to have those honest talks to make sure everyone didn’t feel left behind and try to help on another. And I gues that snippet they shared after the vevo live easy was the talk they mentioned. I didn’t expect to see that moment. But, the members as they say “life if content” and they decided to share that special moment between them with not only fearnot but the whole world. I deeply love each of them. Also idk if someone mentioned but the scene where kkura is practicing by herself to antifragile is the scene she mentioned in day off s2 jeju that she thought was hilarious. Not hilarious when u see it’s just her. When I thought it was a group practice.

2024-08-11 23:52:24 +0000 UTCSuch a good documentary. For me too for some reason the happier more hopeful parts make me tear up. Also Chaewon crying hits different cause she rarely cries. And han is so right about jen just being a sweet soul. She is such a softie which a lot of people dont realize. One thing that kind of breaks my heart though is that it ends on a hopeful note but it quite literally ends right where the hate train starts. So i dont even want to imagine what its been like for them the past six or so months. I dont know if we’ll ever get to see that and im not sure if i want to.
