They were bandits looking for their next score. Their endless pursuit of quick case was the reason why the Treasure Hoarders diversified into criminal pursuits other than simple robbery such as poaching. Hence why they made their way to Natlan to set up shop. The Saurians native to the Nation of Pyro would make quite the exotic materials to sell on the black market. Though admittedly they’ve had mixed success. If the locals didn’t beat them to a pulp, they would take a beating from the Saurians themselves. None more so than the Tatankasaurus that lived in the territory of the Collective of Plenty. Those giant beats just rammed through all their traps with their enormity and brute strength. Not to mention they were deceptively fast. But now they had a solution, courtesy of stolen technology from Fontaine. It was a large gun that fired special glue traps that would completely immobilize a Tatankasaurus. And they knew where to test their new toy; there was this one Tatankasauras guarding an orchard they tried stealing fruit from in the past. They were going to shoot it but got spotted its owner, Varesa. By the Gods she was terrifying! Charging at them, drop kicking them across the field, ground pounding them with her enormous booty! Forget the heist, they wanted to live! Still that doesn’t mean they couldn’t try their new weapon… The glue cannon fired a large, thick orange blob that hit Varesa’s legs. It stopped her dead in her tracks and couldn’t get her feet free. Success! They might actually escape with their lives today! …or so they thought. The ground trembled as dread crept on their backs. Varesa was still charging them, barefoot. She shed her leg warmers and shoes to free herself from the glue and was propelling towards them using her Ultimate Flying Kick technique!
