Claim a slot → send your character reference → I'm starting working at digital chibi, you'll get sketch for approval → once digital chibi done, I'm sending it to you → we are making scheme for cross stitch for the size which you've choose and sending it to you → starting working at cross stitched version of chibi → done!

Once it's done, it can be SHIPPED to you.

Shipping is NOT included in the pricing! Shipping will be calculated and charged after the cross stitch is done, based on the weight of your package and where you reside. Thank you!

Cross stitched chibis coming in 3 available sizes: small, medium and large.

Below you can see approximate sizes of FINAL piece which you will get.

NOTE: Size may change due pose of the character!

Keep that in mind.

Small size (approximately): Width 2.59 inches (6.57 cm.) | Height 4.56 inches (11.57 cm.)

Medium size (approximately): Width 4.50 inches (11.43 cm.) | Height 6.30 inches (16.00 cm.)

Large size (approximately): Width 9.88 inches (25.09 cm.) | Height 9.81 inches (24.91 cm.)

Tier 1 ❥ Small size | 180$ (includes: digital chibi + cross stitched chibi + package)

Tier 2 ❥ Medium size | 230$ (includes: digital chibi + cross stitched chibi + package)

Tier 3 ❥ Large size | 280$ (includes: digital chibi + cross stitched chibi + package)

· 🙠 BEFORE YOU ORDER & RECOMMENDATIONS 🙢 ·

❥ If your character have a lot of small details, I recommend you to choose between medium and large cross stitch chibi. Why? Because due size, the program, where we put chibi to get scheme for it may NOT read this details.

❥ Program, which giving us a scheme might not recognize and/or change some colors on cross stitch. YOU WILL GET scheme of what you will get before we will start making cross stitched chibi. 

· 🙠 PAYMENT & PAYMENT PLANS 🙢 ·

❥ Payment trough PayPal, Buymeacoffe or Patreon.

❥ I accept payment plans for it.

❥ You need to pay 20% of final price upfront.

❥ Discount from few of my tiers only applies to DIGITAL version of chibi. There are NO discount for cross stiched chibi (because cross stitched chibi will be done not by me - it will be done by my husband's mom).

❥ If you need short payment plan (1-2 weeks | not longer that 1 month) - after 40% payment we are starting to work. Digital chibi version will be done, but cross stitched version will not be done before you'll pay in full.

❥ If you need long payment plan (for example over a 1 month) - your work will be done ONLY once you will pay in full.

For example: You can choose a month in what month you'll approximately will be able to pay in full (so we could finish your work as soon as you'll finish your payment). You are claiming a slot (you still need to pay 20% upfront) and need time to pay it off in 2 months. Then, we are reserving your slot for the month when you'll be able to pay in full (till that - slot is reserved for you all that time) and once everything paid in full - we are starting to work and finishing your commission.
