Yes !! I've always been a sucker for Greek Mythology AND Ancient Greek history, so let's try it out together! Pride month gives me a great excuse to restore some truths about Spartans!
Hope you'll learn something in that one, cause there is SO MANY misbeliefs on ancient Spartans it's crazy.
One small caveat: the part about 'capes being red because of bloodstains' is not agreed on by all historians, so take it with a grain of salt (it could be simply that red was easy to spot on the battlefield, or that it was a cheap dye)

I'm still working on the 3rd misconception (which will be that Spartans don't have a professional army, it was elite-class citizens that were forbidden to work and were not getting paid), but want to share the video with you now!!
