It is wonderful to hear that you appreciate the contrast between the different hues of blue and the warmth from the stars, as well as the framing of Susan with the blue halo.π I am also glad you like the two versions of the suit and how they each have a distinct feel, with the brighter one having a warmer feel and the darker one having a cooler feel. I am glad you liked the definition of Susan's figure through the skin-tight material, and the different textures in the suit, including the gloves and belt. π₯° It is also great to hear that you appreciate the beautiful hair and face of the character, with the contrasting light and dark tones, smooth textures, and blue edge-lights. The background looks great, you know I really enjoy blue colour schemes and all of these blue effects and magical shapes look great. What I also like is that you've managed to make it still look vibrant with multiple hues of blue, some greens mixed in and some subtle warmth from the stars πππ I also like how the large circular shape frames Susan herself, with this large blue halo surrounding her top half. Suffice to say, the warm tones of her skin and blonde hair really stand out in this mostly blue scene and because of this strong contrast, her skin and hair look extra warm and vibrant π₯°π₯°π₯° I also love that you included two versions of her suit. I'm going to focus mainly on the darker suit, but I do still want to say some things I like about the brighter version. I like the lines that run over her breasts and down towards her belt, accentuating the shapes of the breasts. The overall brighter colour of the suit means that we see even more of the definition of her thighs, particularly on the outside of her left thigh where we can see more of the gradient of the shadows. I love the overall lighting, with warm light bathing her arm and breasts, contrasting strongly with her mid-section and lower half which is overall much darker. The material on her neck looks very striking too with a clear contrast in light and dark tones and you did a wonderful job in rendering the neck itself. But now focussing on the dark version of the suit, it is impressive just how different both suits feel. The brighter blue one had a warmer feel to it, while this darker suit is lit by more greenish tones which looks very interesting. The overall cooler feel of the suit really means that Susan's head and hair pop with their warm colours too βοΈ As with the brighter suit, I love that overall lighting gradient, brighter on her raised arm and chest/breasts, growing steadily darker towards her legs. Of course, even in her darker lower half, there's still great contrasts in lighter and darker tones, that do a beautiful job defining her mid-section, pelvis and hips/thighs. I really like the greenish lighting that runs down her right side, working with the nearby shadows to define her waist, hips, stomach and thighs. I also really like the dark shadows that run down her left side, with blue edge-lighting making her left hip and thigh really pop and giving them such lovely, smooth definition. Overall, the feel of the suit is just so smooth and you did a great job defining her figure through the skin-tight material. I also like how it gets very dark at her special place, with the creases in the material framing that area, while also separating it from her thighs. And of course, her top half looks terrific too. You have that gradient in tone here too, brighter on her raised arm and the tops of her breasts, growing darker towards her left arm for a smooth, lovely contrast. Like with the thigh, I really like how her left arm is kept in shadow, being highlighted by a blue edge-light. Her raised arm and breasts are defined so nicely by the dark shadows wrapping around them too. The other textures in the suit look lovely too, like the subtly shiny feel of her gloves and I really like the deep creases in the material, with the brightest highlights running along the tops of those folds. You did a lovely job actually defining her hands too and I also like how you render bending fingers and show those plane changes. The blue belt and Fantastic Four symbols also stand out well with their shiny textures and especially the metallic look on the logo. Susan's hair is just beautiful! πππππ You've given her hair so much detail and it just flows so beautifully. And as with her body, the overall lighting looks gorgeous, brighter on one side and darker on the other. Both sides of the hair are so well detailed and you really capture the flowing, wavy feel of the hair with the lighting. I also really like her fringe and the way it sweeps across the main hair in this upwards arc. Her face is just beautifully done too! Once again, the strong contrast in light and dark tones on both sides is so striking. I also really like the blue edge-light running down the dark side, contrasting with the warm tones of her skin and hair and also separating the face from the hair too. The textures of her skin are beautiful and smooth and I find the darker, warmer feel of the tip of her nose to be so cute, especially with that little shine spot there too. The warmer colours of her eyelids also stand out well and contrast very nicely with her cool, blue eyes ππ Absolutely wonderful work on this one, Didi!
