You can do online humiliation with the girls taking selfies of the mc humiliating himself for her. You could have a girl chew gum and force the MC to chew it after, maybe for some kind of bonus. There are a lot of modern scenarios that don’t get utilized in medieval settings that aren’t quite as extreme as some suggestions. Not that the extreme suggestions shouldn’t be done, I just don’t want to reiterate the same things ad nauseum.
