Something tasty to nipple on and sip. Food you feel proud eating, with integrity, energizing and simple.
A comfortable seat that supports upward posture. Cushions. Backrest. Feet touch the floor.
An environment that soothes and inspires. Count how many sounds you can hear. Play gentle music. Hang a wind chime. Turn on a water feature. What does it smell like? Light a candle. Sit near fragrant flowers. Can you feel a gentle breeze? Open a window. Sit outside. Are the flowers blooming? Where is the light shining? What color is the light?
Turn open to a fresh new page. Look at the inviting blankness. It is impossible to mess it up. Anything your write or draw here is welcome and good, valuable, helpful and interesting. I guerantee you that whatever you write says something important about you. Can you believe this enough to fully let it out? Struggling to believe? Well, aside from the distraction to get something to “nipple” on, from someone who’s assets are unforgettable (a Freudian slip?). I did manage to find a comfortable spot in the sun and had something cool and refreshing within reach. I was wearing the same suit I wore when I came into this world. I’d just finished lunch so I wasn’t really hungry, and I dove in and let my thoughts flow, and flow they did. With the suggestions above and the warmth of the sun, I sort of went down, well let’s not say a rabbit hole, but an exploratory path about the last several years and how it’s affected my life until now. No, let’s not say now, let's say yesterday, because having spent that little time reliving events I’d say that it ended then and there, I realize that everything is different now, the present is here and it's pretty darn good, and the future is promising. So let’s go do it! It feels brand new.
