Added 2024-04-24 02:42:07 +0000 UTCThe story of this ladder is kinda silly. Years back, when peacock chairs were all the rage, I was constantly searching antique shops for one.
One day after countless stores, the kids and I were over it. We all agreed to one more place and then we were headed home.
At the final antique store I searched for probably an hour if not more and kept bumping into this ladder.
When my family was done and I was irritated, I turned to the ladder and said “well I’m buying something, so I want that” and paid $169 for this old odd shade of green ladder.
And I hated it. It sat in my basement for 4+ years and I’d pull it out randomly to attempt a set, only to shove in back in the basement.
Today I decided to try one more time. And I think she’s cute. Not sure what the heck I’ll use it for but I enjoy this vibe.
