一日、頑張れば10時間以上作業できるのか?

宮崎駿は一日15時間作業するとか、漫画とかは10時間以上しているとか聞くけど

それは本当にできるのか調べてみた。


調べるキッカケになったのが、自分で作業量を伸ばしたくて、動画を調べていて。

あるイラストレーターが週に一枚しか投稿できない悩み対して、二倍作業すれば。

週に二枚出来るとか、根性論や楽しく作業すれば、いっぱい出来る理論の人で

中高、運動部で体力があったから出来る話をしていたので、今の自分の運動の仕方を

変えて、体力の向上を探した。


見つけてのが「高須さんの動画」話による長時間、勉強や運動、手術などの作業をデキる人は才能であり、人それぞれだから、限界以上はヤルとうつ病や体を壊すから

しない方が良いと。



医学的に体力を伸ばした方は週に筋トレは1時間、運動は2時間半でよく

食事はバランスよく、睡眠は7時間~8時間でいつも同じ時間寝るや朝に日光を浴びる

I changed my current exercise routine and looked for ways to improve my physical fitness.

Those who have improved their physical fitness medically should do one hour of muscle training and two and a half hours of exercise per week.

Eat a well-balanced diet, sleep 7 to 8 hours, always sleep the same amount of time, and get sunlight in the morning.
