Mortasheen - Skultivator

I wasn't quite satisfied with the design or the name "Sculture," but I think it's finished now! Maybe the tongue looks too obviously like it was added after the mouth was already drawn, but oh well. It basically started as Kappa-inspired, but now it's also got some Akaname in there.
