Text file: Bug Swamp "Miniworld"
Added 2016-04-09 02:40:36 +0000 UTCWhen I was pretty young, I had this silly idea for what I called a "miniworld," where you came up with your idea world, which you were allowed to populate with exactly ten animal species and ten unique characters.
The idea was that you could travel to and from it as you pleased, but it could also be invaded by world-hopping explorers, so you also needed it to have some adequate defenses.
So actually, a lot like a video game setting with NPC's, bosses and enemies.
I've actually gone back and continued fiddling with mine well into recent years. I even made some new edits just now!
I decided to make this one public instead of a patron-only text doc.

You should post this on your sight and have people post their miniworlds in the comment section.
2016-04-13 22:22:30 +0000 UTCI also remember attempting something like this but ended up with a Nepenthes superorganism with different castes and drones and with a Pandora symbion-like life cycle and realized I had quite violated the spirit of the thing.
