1$ access, 5$ influence
Added 2022-05-23 13:00:05 +0000 UTCI'm toying around with ideas right now that I'm kind of excited about, but I'm gonna take a bit more time to really iron them out before I implement them.
I really enjoy having a Patreon, I really like the concept of this platform in general and I'm glad they've improved it over the years. If something better ever came along I'd consider switching, but I think for now this is a good place to be.
I want to play with how people see my art here though, and I want to incentivise myself to post here more. Right now I'm pretty content with how things are. You all know I'm not exactly the fastest poster, but for 5 bucks a month I feel everyone is pretty much getting what they're paying for. Some months are slow, some are normal, but in general I want to pump more content into this.
So here's what I'm thinking. If people want to see my art a month early then they can subscribe for a dollar. If people want to influence my art then they can keep the 5$ tier. I say influence because I still want to retain ultimate control over what I draw, but I want you guys to have more say in it. I want everyone to win in other words.
If things work out, I'll keep them that way and everyone will benefit from less expensive subscriptions. If they don't, I'll just put everything back the way it was. I guess I could call it a 'beta' experience? A test experience? Not sure, but I'm gonna implement this most likely at the beginning of June.
