And yes, it has shown so far (from what I have seen) to be an amazing thing. For example, there is Boynextdoor who is the first (& only) group created by ZICO, the leader of Block B & a soloist. The work and time he put into the debut/creation process of BOYNEXTDOOR and their schedules is amazing. He quite literally followed them on EVERY schedule they had during their debut period 2 years ago. He even went to America with them for their MV shoots. But yet, he still gives them creative freedom and has "stepped back" in a way and allowed them to grow on their own. It is truly an incredible thing for the industry. If you want, you should check out BOYNEXTDOOR or ZICO to see how incredible their bond is.
