Not that The Eclipse is bad, I did enjoy it, First and Khaotung are great together and I hope you'll see one of their series together at some point! But imo the plot was a little lacking, and it's high school focused, I know before you said you were interested in seeing some bls with a little less of that. One with similar vibes that I feel is better executed is Not Me. It's got social commentary and mystery, and while some of the characters are in university, it's not in any way the focus. Plus Off and Gun are an og bl pair with a long history together, seeing one of their series is like a rite of passage in the Thai bl world haha. Another great one with an og pair is Manner of Death, a murder mystery. And then I have to recommend Moonlight Chicken. The pair Earth and Mix are my absolute favorites in the industry, their chemistry is really something else.

2024-09-16 00:33:05 +0000 UTCI highly recommend The Eclipse , First and Khaotung's chemistry is off the charts both on and off screen probably because they have been really close friends for almost 6 years now and they always tend to cry in interviews when talking about how much they value the bond they share. Its honestly so cute! Some other bls they play in are moonlight chicken, only friends(super hot) and our skyy 2 (this one is only 2 episodes and a continuation of The Eclipse) PS: They are coming back with a new drama 'The heart killers' soon!
