Like one country might have thought the other country killed or kidnapped him so it all spiralled into the war so when he returned and cleared the misunderstanding it was the end of it (quite easy after they spent years?months? killing each other but hey, happy ending xD)

She was like 'dude, I lost everything and you're throwing a tantrum over your hair how will you be able to help me?' xD

Which is why there are many Smiths and Gardeners and stuff. So Hatter is indeed on the nose because all last names were xD
