They actually don't script them much at all, it's more of a game where they're given a character/ concept and guidelines and then you just watch them play and see where they end up. Which is why at the end they were joking about the lack of surprise with Han and Lee Know and how Felix going after Changbin really wasn't a twist. If you notice, Chan asked Han first- but they had to wait for Lee Know to get back for him to officially pick, but when Lee Know got back Chan tried to play a joke on Han and said he picked Lee Know and Han was offended so rejected him when he switched back. Chan could have ended up with Han if he hadn't tried to mess with him. In the end Han chose Lee Know because he was too proud to get rejected trying to steal I.N. In these kinds of shows if you notice, Han and Lee Know tend to not try to pair with each other but just end up together in the end- hence the soulmatism joke that they're just too fated. They've even commented on how weird it is they always end up together- they just really seem to match a lot. SKZ are pretty bad if you give them too much of a script- Hyunjin even forgot the answer options to the quiz he gave Changbin in the ep. They definitely play things up a little because they know we enjoy it, but usually it's more exaggeration and that's just how their friendships are. Chan isn't very good at flirting with his members, he's too busy trying to marry Stay 😅

So while Minsung ended up together I think it’s just cuz Han wanted to choose him and not because skz's staff somehow pushed for it. But hey what do I known 🤷🏻♀️

Seungmin also ending up alone yet he had at least been accepted by Changbin for a short while...the old wolf and his pup need love 😂 I actually feel a bit bad for Chan, he's never really chosen in all those kind of games. Like last time I.N chose him because he wanted to spice things up like that's not a genuine reason to choose him and shows that they all know it's unexpected for anyone to choose Channie 🥲 Seugmin gets chosen more often and yet still get rejected a lot too. Now I kinda want a show where both Chan and Seungmin are the prizes and the members have to fight for them but they reject everyone like you said and choose each other xD

Because yes they are very close and yet the company allows/asks them to show it whereas they've been on Felix's ass a lot to not show too much affection towards Hyunjin or Changbin in the past, even though recently they've seem to accept it. So Minsung is a huge part of fan service/marketing AND it works because they're genuinely quite close. It's kpop, there's no way there's zero fanservice involved knowing how conscious of their image the companies are and how common fan service is.

One thing to note about the show though is that a lot of it is improv, the guys are given an outline, like details about their characters but then after that, it's mostly up to them what they do with it. So as for the final couples of this episode, they were just what the guys wanted, not what they were written to be. I agree though, in the future Chan and Seungmin should choose each other!

I honestly think they genuinely enjoy each other's company; I really feel a genuine connection between those two in particular lol they're literally inseparable and have been pretty much their entire career lol. but I think some people think their relationship is just fanservice, but through their body language and the way they look at each other (especially from Lee Know's POV lol he's sooo obvious), I swear they have such a precious and special connection, and I hope their bond continues to stay strong. 😊💕 (sorry I wrote so much... 😅) my boys Seungminnie and Channie got done so dirty at the end! 😂
