Me and the mother of my twins decided to split, and it hasn’t been easy on me. I left the relationship because there are just some things that I can’t tolerate, and my mental health is a priority to me. Ever since the split, I haven’t been allowed to see my children, and she isn’t responding back to me about coming to visit them. Probably a little TMI, but I’m pretty messed up over here. I’ll get back to work as soon as possible, but until then I’ll release a poster or something small so that it isn’t just a dead month. Thank you for your patience everyone...

I grew up with split up parents and I hope it works out better for you and them. The main thing is to maintain attempts to stay connected for the kids. You can always get the right to see them from a court, as that's pretty easy even if custody isn't. My parents decided to use their split up to use us kids against the other parent whenever possible.
