I animated the face to match the voice lines, and yes...I did it manually. It's rendering now, but just wanted you all to know that I haven't given up and I'm okay :)
This is NOT meant for public eyes, so if I see this uploaded ANYWHERE without at least asking me first, there's going to be an issue. This version is for you all ONLY, so lets keep it that way :).
