It probably never will, at least not anytime soon. Due to Amazon's changes, they price Whispersync books at rates so low we don't really receive any money for it at all, so we stopped signing up for Whispersync by default. Best to use a credit if Whispersync doesn't show up within a week. Buying credits in bulk is about as cheap as a normal whispersync anyway.
