Poll about Star Thrust release schedule

Quick question for you! Please vote. For context, I still have a few more chapters to go to finish the opening act of Star Thrust to the point where our lovable Captain has properly f***ed his bridge crew at least once and established a relationship dynamic with them. However, I also skipped ahead a bit and have some other chapters that I'm calling "Episodes".
After the opening is finished, I'll be releasing these "Episodes" which tell the story of one specific adventure, and that'll be the way the series progresses from now on. There may be an overarching story that gets woven in throughout, but think of it like the old Star Trek seasons. You'd get 24 episodes per season, and every week there was a whole new adventure, mystery, threat, or bit of drama to resolve. You can hop around the episodes, skip one without missing too much, come back to one you really liked, etc. Each will be between 6000 and 10000 words.
So, the question is should I release the first two episodes first or wait until the opening is complete?

There will be forward momentum and continuity. Things will develop and thereβll be arcs where bigger things happen

I realize it may put a damper on some of the ability to jump around but, I dunno how others feel, to me it makes the story a bit more epic in feel.
