Hatsune Miku in latex
Added 2025-01-04 21:36:04 +0000 UTCMiku is my favorite character. There are a lot of amazing characters out there that I absolutely adore but there is no other character I love surrounding myself with as much.
I am aware that this is a bit cringy but I'll try to explain.
Hatsune Miku is not an anime character, she is a music instrument. She is a voice synthesizer that was given a very identifiable look of turquoise hair with long pigtails and a very feminine aesthetic. The thing that makes me love the idea of her is that she can be whatever you want her to be. Miku is an amalgamation of works of thousands of artists (both visual and musical) that all come together and use her concept as inspiration and that is so beautiful to me.
Some figures/drawings are cute and innocent, others are sad, others are powerful or sexy, traditional, futuristic, inspired by different fashion styles, etc etc... and I am too. Some songs are childish, somw are very pop like, happy and you can dance to them and others are very depressive but she still acts happy and dances as if it were a happy song. I relate to all that too. I used to actually have to hide that I listened to her songs or else I would be hurt. Not anymore.
This concept of having a character that can be whatever you want her to be through art is my biggest inspiration for what I do. I can be, do and look like whatever I want to and it makes me happy to bring that to all of you.
