User under name: Kichiden-kikou and Zantos . Your Email provider cant suppport larger files, please, change your patreon email with one that allows that, so you can receive your pack.

It depends of the date the payment was confirmed by patreon. We do a check up every saturday at 5:00am to gather the accounts of people which are active patrons (aka confirmed paid) to build the list. If you didnt get it, must be because your account was created after we started sending the packs.
