16:03 The mage that takes the picture does seem to be the same guy all the time, but I doubt it's like a noteworthy character or something. It's more like that mage is probably the only one (or one of the few) who knows the spell to take a picture. Think about it, you developed/learned a spell for something everyone wishes, to freeze in time a memory. It's like the greatest business in the world, my guy is probably making crazy money, he isn't sharing that spell with ANYONE. 😂 Next episode will shock you a bit seeing what you expect will happen heheh.
