Weekly Update - Early Commission Delivery

"Come on, hold still. My sit ups are gonna be ineffective if you don't offer good stability. It's in your best interests anyway : a happy Junko is a grateful Junko, you know what I mean?"

---

Early this morning, I received my commission from artist Chayon, for the next CG scene in my game Don't Flex On Me Yumi-Chan!!! and it is looking spectacular, as usual.

According to our initial terms, I was expecting this delivery much later in the month, around the 31st, actually. So this comes as a rather pleasant surprise, and makes things much easier for me to insure you guys get a new build as soon as possible.

I'm already halfway done with the build. Of course, it won't be a complete episode, since I am planning to have at least one more CG scene in it. Ideally, I would have a total of three scenes, since I want one for each girl. It is not realistic to expect this much for every future episode (I mean, at some point, I need to be done with this game and release it to recoup its dev costs, dang it), but thematically, it is fitting to have something new for every girl. You'll see what I mean once it's out.

Speaking of releasing games, I am, like two or three CG scenes away from completing The Bodyguard Girl 2, so I should perhaps get on that. Expect a Heavyweight poll soon about where we're taking this game next. I really really need to release a new game before the end of the first half of 2025, it would help a lot. Corporate accountants and company taxes are expensive, haha.

Yep, Peach Punch is an incorporated company, in case you didn't know. I'm a professional.

---

No news about The Bodyguard Remake's next commission, but that is to be expected, since artist Turbun and I agreed on a delivery date of mid-February. I am confident the final product will look frickin' great, as if their work so far didn't demonstrate it enough.

And that's it. We just went through the 10 darkest days of the year here in the northern hemisphere, and are currently in the middle of a terrifying cold wave as well. This is the worst winter has to throw at us, but it only means that the best is yet to come.

Until then, stay safe out there!
