Ningguang is one of my favorite Genshin characters. It's too bad she's not in the story more. In this picture, she probably lost a bet and is now giving Yael her reward. Also, Baishi in the back being a little voyeur. She's definitely jealous of Yael.
It was fun drawing Yael again. I decided to change her hair and make it shorter than the rest of my OCs. I also gave her a different outfit this time around. Also, it's paizuri! My favorite!
