Hollow Knight: Silksong WIP (UPDATED)

I just decided to draw Hornet for fun because hollow knight bugs are simple in design and I can play around with their anatomy. Overall I'm liking this idea and might make this into a full piece.
I will keep this post updated as I make more progress on this piece.

UPDATE 9/17/25: Line work and color done! Now for shading and fixing the background,
UPDATE 9/18/25: Okay, I'm liking this idea for the shading. I played around with my gradient layer and this looks far more interesting, Also it makes more sense XD
