Need to try to sell some stuff as I've been having a lot of trouble working and so it goes. Not a plea for help, honest, just letting folks know there's an auction up now for one of the rmeaning Welcome to Eltingville production sketches I still have. I wish I knew that there'd be more interest in the pilot, because I sold scores of these off in bundles fairly cheap. How would anyone know/ exactly.
I don't know how to price these nowadays so, as I've done before, I'll see what happens with some auctions. It's been a long while since I did any eBay stuff, I have some collectibles and Adult Swim freebies that I might try to put up. And more Eltingville stuff, the rest of my originals and some clean up art based on my designs.
Here's the link to the auction if anyone wants to take a look:

Otherwise, I don't know if I mentioned that I got my second steroid shot or not. This time for my hand. My pain management guy is a comics fan, I gave him a copy of the most recent Beasts of Burden collection. I may have already typed that to you. I need a memory steroid shot. Anyway, I have an appointment with him soon to set up a third shot, this time for my neck and shoulder. I can really use that, it's the main source of pain as the arm shot gave me some relief. The hand shot will hopefully kick in soon. I've been working on a cover and commissions. And signing and sketching all the copies of Beasts of Burden sold recently. I've got the Clash song "Clamptown" in my head a lot, only I "sing" " Working for the Crampdown" regarding my hand. Incredibly fascinating news, I am sure. Ha ha ha. Winky is giving me the eye (she's always giving me the eye, actually).
If you saw the recent Experiment drawing I did you may ask why I'm doing detailed work like that with my hand not doing so hot. Well, the drawing's been sitting for months, and I find making short, textured markings doesn't hurt my hand as much as drawing longer lines. So I make dots and dashes while watching a movie or eating and put it away and then add more dots and dashes. It's also an anxiety thing. Just making marks on paper. I like seeing those textures fill out and build into something. It's part of the experiment. Yeah. That's it. Whew.
I should get dressed. I'm in my sleep clothes and it's almost 5 p.m.
More, soon. Latersville.
