I gave Pete a good chunk of dialog in the D&D sequence because I figured his accent would sound funny while spouting terrible "thee" and "thou" stuff. I played with the idea of Pete, Bill and Josh using put-on role-playing voices for their D&D characters, but I since the pilot and the characters were unknowns to the audience, introducing them with two sets of voices could be confusing, even on the reveal that the opening is a cheat mental image of their game being played. We only gave Jerry's character of Lord Atrocity a different voice, because, conversely, it would seem weird having a nerdy kid's voice coming out of an evil lich wizard. Jerry's voice actor does the Lord Atrocity voice, but it was augmented digitally to change the pitch and sound. Or something like that.
I think I have the original art for the freeze spell up next, WTE-wise.

Pete's voice did sound funny while spouting all of that fantasy speak. "Ah, to helleth with this," was one of my favorite pieces of funny dialouge from him, during the opening sequence.😆
