Next Project?

I've been creating a couple sets for a story I was calling Ant Serum, but every time I play with the characters, I can't get the final body shape for the changed character that's in my head. As I work, I'm thinking about something different with the same sets. I'm still brainstorming, and I have a lot of loose ideas that I'm trying to pull together in my head.
I'm thinking it will be a normal growth/muscle growth progression. Because of the way I'm thinking of ending it, I'll probably make them brothers. These are the male characters I came up with.

The two on the ends will be the brothers sharing an apartment. The one in the middle will be the workout partner. Even though the bigger one hits the gym, they won't exactly be living a clean lifestyle. Junk food, beer, that sort of thing. When they're home together, the two pretty much just sit around watching TV or playing games.
The girls:

They live down the hall. The one on the right is dating the bigger brother. the other one is her roommate, and she has a crush on the smaller brother, even though he doesn't seem to notice.
So far I don't have names for anyone (suggestions?), or a title for the project. I'm worried it's going to feel too much like Li'l Bro, and the direction I'm thinking about makes it feel like a story from another writer I really liked.
The cause of the growth/change will be a mystery, so I'm also trying to figure out if I can drop clues that will be effective and not give it away. Something I'm thinking about is to overlay the pages on images from the end/flashbacks/etc. Instead of the standard white lines separating the panels, it would be that underlying image breaking up the panels. It works in practice, I'm just not sure it accomplishes what I want it to.
I'm also conflicted on the point of view. It naturally should be presented from the POV of the brother who is not changing, but I'm wondering if there are scenes I might want to do without that brother present, meaning a more omniscient POV would be better.
I think I have a couple more days of decorating the sets before I actually start creating the pages.
