Are you one of those strange "horse enthusiast" types? Do you have "experiments" you want to try out without all of the moral and ethical complications. Lucky for you, Heartlandia has just the solution: Centaurs!! Half man and half horse in all of the ways that count! Go down to the stables and volunteer to take care of these majestic beast-men. If you do well, they might take care of you as as well.
This image also changed quite a bit between what the original placeholder art was and what the final picture ended up becoming. This version is the much more generally acceptable one, with the main focus being a centaur instead of the alternative. The "receiver's" costume was not pony girl gear either, but I thought it added a nice, thematic touch to the things. Very happy with how this turned out, even if the layout was a bit tricky to fit into the dimensions of the new battle card design.
