you need 7-zip, it's a extractor program (free), all 3 files need to be together, click 001 file, and run

2017-11-15 02:22:25 +0000 UTCPlace all three archives (.001, .002, .003) in a folder. Right click the .001 archive and use the "Extract files..." option. This should extract all three archives into a single new folder called "MagicalAngelFairyHeart.7z" where the game will be. This is what worked for me.
