I know the developers have a real issue they are facing here. It seems like they cannot pay us our NEPs anymore. When they tried to fix that, they created a worse error by giving some players unlimited funds. Thus, the roll back of the system causing all of us to lose game progress. Many of us still never got NEPs for the month. Until this is settled, those donating to support the developers, definitely do so, but those donating or increasing tier to get NEPs, I’d say do at your own risk.

The rate at which the game gives you opportunities to get data fragments and insights from the peer review tab is castrating and a joke. the amount of data fragments you get from any duplicate card is a joke (its like 260 a year DataFrag and 105 Insight) and combined with the amount of duplicate cards you seem to pull its an insult. and reminder you have to log in without missing to get those amounts. holy shit. its worse than early 2010s free mobile games. are there stat numbers available to see the rate at which you are likely to pull each type of card? just remove duplicates if you get such meager payback for getting one. i am BEGGING YOU GUYS be more lenient and more giving with the amount of non NEP currencies you give. at the end of the line we will all die and we cannot snap our fingers to give ourselves more time on earth. at this point its disrespectful to your players and patrons. on top of the time it takes to get any substantial amount of anything except paid currency, you guys cannot seem to actually even automatically pay out the NEP on time each month. but the charges will come out of people payments on time, im sure. Do the devs also have to twiddle their fingers for 7 weeks in order to get enough data fragments to purchase one single outfit piece that is on SALE??? or do you guys just give yourself those currency/items? i have been supporting this game since before it was on steam and i cannot manage to even level up the relationships for the characters before all of my living ancestors die out before me. I LOVE THIS GAME; once again i BEG YOU GUYS... stop this stingyness and insulting time wasting of your extremely generous supporters. some of these lovely people are giving you guys more than FIFTY DOLLARS A MONTH. and we cannot even get 50 Data fragments in two months by the average means you offer your players.
