Optimization patch 0.76b is going to drop by end of month. Other than small bug fixes in this patch we reverted Elizabeth and the upcoming investigator Juzi's hair system so the hair strands are no longer simulated individually and VRAM usage is lowered consequently.
The new hair rendering solution in 0.76b is on par with the previous solution in terms of visual fidelity, however do expect more clipping issues with Elizabeth's hair.
We also noticed that some testers who have played the game in cbt phase 1 experienced permanent blurry textures even after entering cbt 2 and upgrading their pc with a more powerful graphic card that theoretically isn't possible to trigger this problem. This is likely to be a depreciated setting still taking effect in the current build, and we will clean it up in 0.76b and you will no longer see faceless girls and ultra smooth monsters again.
You will now be able to exit to lobby instead of the main menu when in a map, and reset your in-game ID with 300 Likes.
In November we will start cleaning up previous animations to address animation quality issues you reported on Github, such as vagina and anus not opening up properly to hold the penis, penetration too shallow or speed too slow, etc. Exhaustion will no longer prevent you from playing sex scenes without the Exhausted tag and sleep fuck scenes will no longer require the girl's stamina to be depleted, however sex scenes without the Exhausted tag will not give you Ideas and Likes from the girl if the investigator's stamina runs out.
Now that Research Pass: Juzi is near completion, Monthly Polls will return this weekend to decide our year two research pass investigators: who they are, their costumes, sex partners as well as fetishes.

After checking suggestions submitted in the last monthly poll (which was already one year ago), there are now enough voting power dedicated to overhauling or removing current sanity system altogether.
We are now thinking about how to proceed with this. What is certain is that the current time sensitive sanity system will go, but in which way we haven't decided yet.
