It really depends on the country and even then on the judge in question. Reddit for example mostly uses the "if it looks underage, it is considered underage" for fictional content (drawings, cg). They do it to be extra safe.

A Marie Rose like character would be great but if they could create Honey Selectesque sliders (I.E. The huge customization range) but realistically, someone is going to get the screwed over here chances are but so far as legality goes, it's been stated ALL characters are over 18 so if she looks deceivingly young it would be fine to those worried about content and law restrictions.

I think if you adjusted this to say "a younger sister with slimmer chest" or something instead of specifically saying "a loli with a flat chest" you might get more responses. I doubt more than 500 people want an older woman with annoyingly big boobs, but I bet plenty of people would pick that over appearing to be a pedophile. How about a young teen girl with a fat ass? That covers both categories... just a thought

With sliders I'd imagine that the giant ass and tits things could be resolved easily. I agree with Takue, we already have 2 large breasted and potentially large ass women we can play with as is. Big titty and big ass games are well beyond being a dime a dozen and loliesque characters are painfully discriminated against and seeing one fleshed out proper would be like a dream come true to some.
