We were simultaneously working on both the VIP lounge and Laboratory scenes last month, and as you can probably guess it, things got out of hand really fast. But! With the foundations built, we can make sure no severe bugs shall occur with the new test field...hopefully.

They make didn't allow activate games(even if it steam key) in some areas and they are also cutting languages. if using patch method, they also removed patch from at least japan. they hate japan and japanese steam user lol (still muv-luv, maitesu patch can not be purchased from Japan, even if it has mosaic and include japanese !! ) in anyways, at least some areas users lost access to the most important steam version. Perhaps steam version(again, even if steam key) is not available in China? i think.
