Is it better to change to charge upfront?

Switching to charge upfront renders the upgrades instantly available to supporters, meanwhile makes you unable to quit at the middle of a month before getting charged, which is not what we really want.
We hope you can help us make the choice.

2017-03-01 13:13:13 +0000 UTCI was charged nearly 3/1 2pm but 1.11 was released at early morning, I suggest release 1.11 again at 3/2 or 3/3 again.
