Hmm, ide personally recommend looking at how artist like proko or books like force drawing and Michael Hamptons figure drawing do it. Personally ide say the main thing that helps me is being able to recognize where the rib cage and pelvis are in perspective, since most limbs and anatomy align with that. I try to visualize it as a box usually.
