Theyre saying (right to left)
"WE WON THE LOTTERY!"
"Marou-Kun, you know what that means?"
"Finally! We can start living like rich men!"
Was learning about how to use らしい and other conjugations. im not sure if its completely correct... i might be convoluting the sentence a bit. Japanese is a very literal language, so its natural to state things in a narrative kind of way. So I might be close here.
