I was working on pages. Stepped away to get a drink and when I came back screen was black.
I thought it had gone to sleep or something... NOPE! It is getting power, but screen is just black and in order to turn it off have to hold power button for like 10-15 seconds. Restarting computer it flickers once and then goes black.
The pen registers, cause the light comes on.. but no screen.
A LOT of back and forth, trial and error, google searches for solutions... Nothing.
Found people reporting the same problem.. and ONLY found one fix... and that was a Youtube guy dismantling (MY VERY MODEL IN FACT) removing and soldering connections on the circuit board.
Something I don't have the tool OR the confidence to do.
