With a certain golden statue Awards season upon us, I thought it would be fun to have our own categories pulled from the depths of our vast RiffTrax Catalog and to use this as our theme for the next installment of Turkey Thursday!
We aren't done yet rolling out all of the categories (I have ideas for even more fun "awards" to give out) but this brought me to a fun idea for the next few Turkey Thursdays: Award Winners!
The idea is simple: I'll provide a poll for Traxians with the nominees. You'll have until Thursday to vote for your favorite, and we'll watch the winner that night as a live watch party via Scener + Vimeo - Feb. 2 at 3:30pm Pacific / 6:30pm Eastern. That link for Scener is right here, so don't forget to RSVP - and join us at The Traxian Room on Scener at that time!
Up first is a category that's near and dear to my heart: Best Use of a Puppet.

I'd like to do more of these! I'm looking for how we might extend it into another platform since Scener seems to have stopped any new development. We're waiting to hear back from them to help inform our next steps, but Turkey Thursday isn't dead. It's just resting!
