Vote for future Turkey party methods! Watch Party on Thursday!
Added 2022-03-22 22:36:32 +0000 UTCHi folks! I'm queuing up the next Turkey Thursday title ahead of my upcoming weird April where I'll be gone for a couple of weeks, and I'm curious to know what you'd like to see more of. So your feedback and votes are requested!
I'll allow multiple selections so that I can keep the results in mind going forward. Let me know what your favorite Turkey-viewing methods are with this poll, and I'll refer to this down the road as we continue to schedule more Turkey Thursdays. The poll will end before this next Turkey Thursday starts.
Speaking of! For this week's Turkey, I think we'll do another one via Vimeo, and maybe we can test something on the site. How about this one: Emergencies - What Would You Do? (It was just added to Friends subscriptions!)

The Traxians have spoken! Sounds good. For now, we'll keep doing things this way (through Vimeo, or perhaps the occasional freebie through the site). In the future we may also do Friends watch parties for subscribers, but they will be separate from Turkey Thursdays.

Personally I’d like to see newer riffs as I’ve been trying to keep up with releases this year and it’d be more fun to watch in a group. I understand that is not the most popular opinion but perhaps we can do it occasionally for bigger and more hyped releases.

2022-03-23 16:57:05 +0000 UTCI'm a huge fan of these Turkey Thursdays, have supported Rifftrax kickstarters for many years, purchased the occasional riff from the site, and otherwise supported the company. I've been a base level Traxian from the start. The cost is not much and I regard it as mostly a small donation, but it is nice to have an few benefits. The main benefit, so far as I'm concerned, is the Thursdays. I would hate to see this turned into just another profit center for the company, but it seems to be heading that way. I don't mind buying content for Thursdays for special shows, but would not like to see this as a regular way to promote Friends or new releases.

2022-03-23 05:47:23 +0000 UTCI bought a bunch of iRiffs that are labelled in the onsite catalog as "VOD." But when I click on them in my library, all I get is a link for downloading a file. I would love to be able to see those, Being able to share reactions in chat would also be nice.

2022-03-22 23:14:24 +0000 UTCSay we watch something through Netflix, but you use the Sync App on your own phone, and sync up your purchased riff on the app to the movie playing on your computer or TV. Basically like the other "MP3" option, but taking the whole "Erik plays the riff audio over the Webcam stream" part out of the equation.
