Help us choose an MP3 Stretch Reward!

Hiya, Traxians!

We just announced more stretch goals over on Kickstarter, and we need your help for more!

You probably know how frequently some movies get requested for us to riff, so we took some of the ones we know for sure would make great RiffTrax "Just the Jokes" titles - and we would love for you, dear Traxians, to help us select which one will be next! We'll make this the third and last MP3 stretch reward of the campaign.

We'll run the poll just until Friday at noon Pacific, so get your votes in soon!

The 185 people who voted for cats are super sadistic and should be put on some sort of watchlist! Don’t let these 185 people near your pets πŸ˜‚

The people have spoken! But I think we're going to include more than one MP3 from the list above in the stretch goals; stay tuned!

I'm interested in the Space Jam movie. It's just it didn't win this poll, that's what.

Justin Wingate

Cats? You can't be serious 😞

Zerocool

I’m curious why nobody is interested in the Space Jam movie or Stargate.

Matt Stetz

Right? It's the clear winner in my mind. I love it anyway and getting the RT treatment would just be icing on the cake!

Sukotto

Isn't that always how it goes?

RiffTrax

The only one of these I don't want to see riffed is cats. So of course it's the one that's winning.

Jake Unrein

go for it

Jeremy-Alice

I just watched THINGS! I gotta say the more SUPER LOW QUALITY movies I see the more I feel like making my own movies because I’m getting more confident I could definitely do better!

Mathew Gillette

Come on people it needs to be HACKERS!!

MrTorso

All those who voted for Cats.. you do realize that means we actually would have to sit through it, right? I don't think I could do it. I really, really don't. Edit: Please, if possible... maybe as an additional stretch goal or two... take the top three? Right now that's Willow, Judge Dredd, and Cats.

Jason S Perry

Daaaang these are really good choices! Even way beyond the last times list of choices!

Mathew Gillette

The scene with the fireball rolling down the inside of the Cygnus always freaked me out as a kid.

Sean Wall

The Black Hole is interesting because it came from an experimental period where Disney's live action department hadn't pinned down a formula for what did and didn't work for them. They were just throwing ideas at the wall and seeing what might work. It's got a weird dark plot with a lot of nice practical effects for the time. If it had been made a few years later, it would have been released under the Touchstone banner.

Jason Samuels

Cats. It's the only way I'll ever watch it outside of a rowdy midnight screening.
