Turkey Thursday Watch Party: MONEY PLANE with Mike, Kevin, and Bill!

Hopefully these will become a semi-regular thing. I appreciate everyone who came to watch, and hopefully we'll be able to replay this one in the near future as well.

Hello again, Traxians! Tonight's the night! The passcode for the watch party is: FRASIER. Here's what you'll need to do in order to participate in tonight's event:

- You'll need the Google Chrome browser (desktop or laptop is highly recommended)
- You'll need to visit scener.com and click "Get Scener" and install the Scener extension for Google Chrome.
- At 5:30pm Pacific (8:30 Eastern) visit scener.com/thetraxianroom and look for a bright "Join Party" button to appear.
- Click the Join Party button and enter the passcode FRASIER when prompted.

That's all there is to it! A Hulu subscription is required for tonight's show. I also would recommend upgrading to the "Ad-free" subscription, which is a couple bucks more, just to make sure you have the most seamless experience. You can always downgrade afterward.

You'll probably want to use a desktop/laptop computer for this watch party, because the mobile browser version of Scener does not yet have the ability to sync with the movie app on your phone. 

In other words, if you were to join the party from a mobile device's browser, you would see the host video (me) as well as Chat, but you would have to sync manually using the Hulu app on your TV/set top box. Scener provides the "time stamp" of where we are in the movie as it plays, so you can easily fast-forward to that particular spot. You can find that time stamp by tapping on the "Play" icon that appears over the host camera video boxes directly above chat.

If you encounter any technical issues, please email support@scener.com and let them know as much information as possible. You can message us here on Patreon as well, but please keep in mind I may not be able to respond right away during the watch party. Usually, something like clearing your browser's cache/cookies, logging out, and/or restarting Chrome will resolve most issues.

Greetings, Traxians! Erik here with a very special announcement!

Please make sure your crypto wallets are stowed and your bags with dollar signs on them are in the overhead compartment: Mike, Kevin, and Bill will join me in the Scener Traxian theater to watch MONEY PLANE on Hulu - this Thursday! The guys won't be "riffing" on the movie, per se - this will be more of a casual watch party, although I'm sure they'll still have some funny things to say about this very deserving block of cheese. It's got Kelsey Grammar chewing scenery as the bad guy, Denise Richards trying to emote, an underutilized Thomas Jane, and a wrestler-turned-actor in the main role. What more could you want?

The party will start over at The Traxian Room on Thursday, June 17th at 5:30pm Pacific / 8:30pm Eastern. Bookmark this post, and then come back here Thursday to get the secret code for the show. I'll update the post with the code that morning, so be on the lookout for an email notification when that happens.

As always, you'll need Google Chrome and the Scener extension, and this time you will also need a subscription to Hulu in order to watch the movie.
