Extended Preview: THE LAST MAN ON EARTH

Just released moments ago on the RiffTrax site, it's the Vincent Price classic zombie film, The Last Man on Earth

Our man Vincent has come a long way from the House on Haunted Hill where he made a skeleton dance with puppet strings. Now he lives in a much smaller house, nowhere near a hill, battling madness and endless swarms of vampire-zombies. He’s living a life of isolation after a global plague carried through the air has infected the world’s population - can you even imagine??? (Yeah, don’t answer that.)
Now The Last Man on Earth spends most of his time gathering mirrors, garlic, and wooden stakes, because this disease is courteous enough to follow the rules of classic Transylvanian vampires. When he’s not barricading himself against the inevitable or hurling bodies into pits, he likes to sit down with a projector, watch old home movies and cry-laugh himself to sleep. Kind of like how we spend our time at RiffTrax!

You can download this preview here, and get the full riff right here.

The Tingler scared the poop outta me when I was about 7-8 yrs old! Had a hard time watching it even recently, but, Riffed-!

Karl Hamann

I've always thought The Tingler would make a great Rifftrax Live, especially after House on Haunted Hill.

Dabishop

Next? The Tingler!!

Karl Hamann

I was in and out my first viewing but I really liked it!

Mathew Gillette

It's been mated on dvd with Whizzo's feet! Should be an interesting pairing.

Karl Hamann

Are you The Master??? If so, thank you!

RiffTrax

Great idea!

RiffTrax

Think I will do a double feature. This film and The Last Woman on Earth

Duke Richards

This is such a great movie. I can't wait to see the guys riff it

Duke Richards

I approve.

David Scudder

per Wikipedia, "[Richard] Matheson wrote the original screenplay for this adaptation [of I Am Legend], but due to later rewrites did not wish his name to appear in the credits; as a result, Matheson is credited under the pseudonym Logan Swanson".

Chris Wilson

We just skipped over the fact that this is a Lippert movie?
