Hey there, Traxians!
This Thursday at 6pm Pacific Time, I'll be hosting a Scener Watch Party of our classic riff SISTERS OF DEATH through Vimeo (no subscription required!) as part of Scener's month-long "Stream and Scream" event.
But I wanted to do something special just for you, our loyal patrons. How does a Traxian-only Watch Party before the main event sound?
Please vote on your favorite option(s) below. All of these, except for Anaconda and Pirates, will be VODs that we'll host on Vimeo so we can all watch without a subscription - just Chrome and the Scener extension are required. If it turns out that one of those two blockbuster movies is the winner, then I'll use the RiffTrax Sync App along with the movie on Netflix (U.S. only, for now) or Disney+ to sync our MP3 riff with the movie. But obviously those options require a subscription to said platform, whereas the VOD choices do not.
This poll will run until Thursday afternoon, and I'll update this post with the secret Scener Theater URL and scheduled party time.
Feel free to suggest other titles here; this is still a bit of an experiment for me, and if it's successful - and you folks dig it! - maybe we can do more exclusive Traxian Watch Parties in the future.

2020-10-15 18:03:32 +0000 UTCDepending on how the response is to these things in general, I would love to host watch parties of either unriffed movies on various platforms, or perhaps premiering something that was riffed, somehow. It's tricky though, since new content usually needs to be purchased, but we're open to creative ideas and are always trying to think of things we can do to make everyone happy.
