Thanks to everyone who came out and stuck with us through the technical mishap at the beginning. Once things got sorted out, the show was a success and a ton of fun; we're thankful to the more than 2000 of you who watched along with us, even if we had to start 30 minutes late.

Hey Traxians!
We're busy preparing ourselves for tonight's Scener event, but before we went live I wanted to share with you one of the things I just love about this show: we're also including pre-show trivia slides! Just like from the RiffTrax Live shows you've seen in theaters! Except this time, there's no "getting to the theater early" or "convincing the kid in the projection booth that actually, there is video playing right now, before the show, that's why it's called the 'pre-show'."
Those of you who were there for the live Starship Troopers Fathom event wayyy back in 2013 may recognize some of these, as well as the sprinkling of a few of our favorites from other events. We wanted to try and recreate that RiffTrax Live experience at home, and to me there's no better way to do that than to include our hilarious pre-show "trivia." (And yes, there will be digital goodies!)

Loved the show. Even with the occasional too-loud-to-hear-the-riffs moments (which I feel like everyone understood is beyond everyone's control), it felt like an actual live event. Thank you so much to everyone who worked on it.

I'll compile a list and see if, at the very least, we can do another "app-enabled Watch Party" with one of those!

At the VERY least we plan to do more "app demos" where I (Erik) will play something like, say, Clash of the Titans on Netflix or The Wizard of Oz on HBO Max, and will show how easy it is to sync up our commentary with it using the app. As far as more Live events go, I'm hopeful we'll do more of those as well!
