Little does Carter know that Frank is a descendent of Victor Frankenstein and has a secret project all his own. Then Carter’s niece Trudy and her boyfriend, played by cinematic vacuum John Ashley, start having suspicions about the Female Monsters in the neighborhood. Could it be curtains for Frank?
