Patreon Extra: Bill chats with Conor about "Radical Jack"

Hello, Patreon people!

In this Patreon Extra, I chat with Conor Lastowka, RiffTrax Senior Writer-Producer. We discuss Conor's path to being there at the start of RiffTrax years ago, and a movie that is close to home for him.

P.S. This interview was created as an audio post so that it works better for people who enjoy the "podcast" feature of our Patreon. Let us know in the comments if you prefer this over having it as a video - that will help inform how we present future posts like this one.

Here's the video version for you who like to watch us chat!

You can also download the video here.

Comments

Yes, us Traxians like to watch.

Jeff

Truthfully, while I'll listen to the audio-only option, I much prefer the video option. The original "Talkin' Rifftrax" videos with the guys around a table where we could watch their expressions and reactions were what got me to sign up here.

Paula Marie

Video FTW. I love seeing the sausage being made.

Kevin

Conor, I'm soooo jealous of your post-college life. I graduated college in 2002 and had I known Mike was getting himself into the Rifftrax business at that time, I would have been applying for that job! I know make a decent living reading contracts all day, but I could have been in the middle of the Rifftrax creative process. You're a lucky guy. Great work over the years. And as for the video vs RSS question - I prefer video.

Sean-Casey King

Podcast is fine with me. Love these behind-the-scenes.

Josh Flowers

Sadly, the Patreon RSS feed only supports audio posts. We've asked about adding video as well (maybe based on tags?) but so far, no luck!

RiffTrax

I like seeing your expressions and gestures, but I'm also comfortable with podcasts. I listen to them at home, at work, and while driving. Whatever gives you the most pleasure is best, because when you have fun, we all have fun. :)

Bill Lemmond

Personally, I enjoy the videos better, as I do not regularly listen to podcasts.

Richard Coiro

Is it possible to put the video in the RSS feed? That way people could watch or listen to it in the podcast app.

Mario B

I also appreciate the RSS audio version.

Christopher Pierce

I prefer the audio versions so I can listen through my podcast program.
