In just a handful of hours, at 5:30 pm Pacific Time (8:30 pm Eastern / 7:30 pm Central) visit our Scener Theater at https://scener.com/rifftrax. Click the button that appears there, and you'll be in! (You may need to log into your Netflix account if you haven't already.)

Let’s not mince words (you read the title of this post): on July 22nd at 5:30PM PT Mike, Kevin and Bill will be riffing the first episode of Stranger Things LIVE and for FREE!
We wanted to do this as a way of saying thank you to the Traxians, our fans, and the whole RiffTrax community for continuing to support us through these difficult times. While circumstances have prevented us from performing RiffTrax Live in theaters yet, it won’t stop RiffTrax Live!
Now for the details. How is this happening? It’s all made possible by our friends at Scener. They’ve crafted a Google Chrome extension which lets you watch Netflix (along with other streaming services) with your friends in perfect sync! So here’s all you’ll need to enjoy RiffTrax Live: Stranger Things:
- The Scener Extension for Chrome.
- A Netflix account
That’s it! Head on over to RiffTrax.com/scener to learn more, and to get a reminder before showtime.

It was still laugh-out-loud funny and I appreciate you guys for finding solutions to entertain your fans during this crazy pandemic. We're happy to be your screening test subjects. 2020-07-23 14:44:41 +0000 UTCA lot of the riffs were the same as the studio version, with a few changes. The obvious one was the scientists gearing up to go back into the lab and it being remarked that such a process is now standard for going grocery shopping in 2020.

If not for the technical difficulties, Mike wouldn't have taken it upon himself to find as many synonyms as possible to "Stranger Things," some of which made me giggle quite a bit (Stranger Fling being a stand-out).
