Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom Extended Preview

Hi folks! Happy Saturday.

Erik here with your exclusive Extended Preview for today's new Just the Jokes riff, Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom! This new commentary is also compatible with our auto-syncing app.

Yes, believe it or not, they made another one of these - the film series about how it’s a bad idea to keep digging up old things continues failing to learn its own lesson.

We'd hoped the title was Jurassic World: FALLON Kingdom and would focus on what happened with that safety video with Jimmy Fallon they played in Jurassic World, but we were sorely disappointed. You’d also be disappointed if you had expected this sequel to remember much else about what happened in that movie. Remember how Bryce Dallas Howard’s character built a relationship with her nephews in that one? Seemed pretty important to the story? Well, in this one, they don’t come up at all!

There’s a new kid, though: the granddaughter of a rich guy who was important to the original Jurassic Park project… who also, somehow, never came up before. It’s a rich film universe, folks!

Enjoy!

I think I'll watch this before I watch Twilight, but... it's a close one, I won't lie. Of course, I read Jurassic Park when it first came out (I was 11), and so when I saw the movie, I was VERY disappointed how many people survived. Probably won't be getting any better.

A dinosaur movie series without a single, cross-dressing caveman. We've forgotten our lessons from the '60s.

I’m not sure how, but I’ve managed to go my entire 56 years without seeing a single Jurassic Park movie.

Looking forward to Jurassic World III, where they may try to convince us that they've somehow spliced dinosaur DNA with those glass spheroids the producers seem to be so in love with.

That first riff really cement how lackluster these films have gotten. Looking forward to getting it for the whole experience!

Looks T-riffic!

The Golden Corral joke still makes me laugh out loud every time. The only criticism I have about this clip is that now I might have to watch Jurassic World Fallen Kingdom; so far I'd managed to avoid having to do that. Oh well. Worth it. <3

This series is due for another lawyer being eaten in a smashed outhouse. Scenes like that really make a movie relevant.
